Lydia Adaeze Jonglapson

Lydia Adaeze Jonglapson is a seasoned Information Technology professional with nearly two decades of experience spanning private-sector organizations, teaching, and the ICT Directorate of Plateau State University, Bokkos. She has been a member of the university's ICT Directorate for over a decade and currently serves as the Head of the Support Services Unit, where she contributes to the development, management, and effective delivery of institutional information systems and digital services.
Her professional interests and areas of expertise include Systems Analysis and Design, Intelligent Systems, Cybersecurity, Project Management, Database Management, Information Technology and Security and Learning Management Systems (Moodle).
Lydia is a member of several professional bodies and associations, including the Computer Professionals (Registration Council) of Nigeria (CPN), the Association of Cyber Security Practitioners, the Association of Artificial Intelligence Practitioners, and the Association of Ranking Professionals, among others.
Throughout her career, she has demonstrated a strong commitment to the effective application of technology in education, institutional development, and digital transformation. In her capacity as Head of the MIS Unit, she has contributed to the management and improvement of institutional information systems, data management, and ICT-enabled administrative and academic processes.
Her extensive experience in ICT administration, systems analysis and design, cybersecurity, database management, and technology-driven project implementation continues to contribute to the advancement of ICT services and digital transformation at Plateau State University, Bokkos.
